El Balcón del Ara - Casa Ballarín

Our Rural House is in the Pyrenees of Aragon, in the municipality of Ligüerre de Ara (Huesca).

There are several accommodation options. We have rooms with bathroom and shared kitchen and apartments. Thanks to the different possibilities, our accommodation becomes perfect for all types of groups, from families, to couples.

It is a traditional house, with a lot of personality, since was built in 1925. It has a very peculiar presence and attractive, with a rural appearance but carefully careful.

The facade is impressive architecturally, as it has a series of arches, both at the ground level and in the galleries. It combines perfectly different materials, from stone to wood. In addition, the roof is dotted with the windows of the thugs, which finish giving an idyllic look.

The bedrooms have their own bathroom, however, they can also use the common areas that our house makes them available.

• One of the community rooms for the guests of the rooms is the cuisine. It retains the stone, while the front wall of the kitchen is covered with tiles. There is a long countertop with dark wood furniture and all stainless steel appliances integrated.

• In addition, in this room there are tables and chairs, so that all users can eat or dinner here if they wish. There is also a television, for free use for all.

• The other room in common is the living room. It consists of a space with a lot of charm, where there are wicker seats and sofas. We also have a reading zone, so our guests will be able to devote themselves to what they want most.

• The garden is wonderful, especially due to the views and the incredible environment. We are surrounded by mountains and meadows. The patio itself is covered all for lawn and has trees and flowers that make it a beautiful place. You can enjoy him sitting in the different furniture that are distributed throughout space. In addition, there is a barbecue so that you finish enjoying the entire outside.

You can also continue connected thanks to the wifi throughout the house.

The environment in our rural house means a lot, since we have a very strong bond with it due to our privileged location.

We are in the Aragonese Pyreneer Strong>, but not only that, but also World Heritage. In short, the words are left over because the landscape cuts your breath.

The house is in Ligüerre de Ara, baptized in this way thanks to the Ara river, which passes through its territory. This is one of the last virgin rivers of the Pyrenees, which makes our people very aware of the respect of nature. We maintain our agricultural and livestock farms, so it is a quiet municipality with a lot of peace.
