La Casa de las Arcas

Located in one of the most beautiful areas of the autonomous community of Cantabria, specifically in Vega de Liébana, our hotel is at the foot of the mountain system of the Picos de Europa. An excellent complex that occupies a old building of 2 floors built in stone and wood that belongs to XVII century. It was renovated with the aim that all guests can enjoy their privileged surroundings.

It has a total of 11 rooms double, to choose between a double bed or 2 singles, cada one of them fully furnished, including television and systems of heating, are of different sizes, shapes and decorations but, however, they all share the great views that their large windows, coffered ceilings and balconies provide, depending on the place of the building in which each one is located.

Each bedroom has its own private bathroom although some have a shower and other bathtub. All the guests are provided, free of charge, all the necessary toiletries for their basic personal hygiene.

The complex has a spacious living room consisting of several comfortable sofas and a huge fireplace that maintains a warm ambient temperature.

The establishment offers a breakfast service that can be enjoyed in an indoor room or at tables placed on the outdoor terrace with the beauty of the views offered by the environment surrounding the magical lodging building.

Among the different services we offer, we have vending machines, fax and printing of documents and a complete tourist information to guarantee that visitors can admire and fully enjoy all the wonders of the place.

In addition, it will be possible to carry out activities hiking, riding and fishing. With free parking and WIFI connection, the complex also has a library own for the enjoyment of reading lovers.

Within the activities offered by the geographical location where the hotel is located, Picos de Europa, the walking and horseback riding are the most demanded and enjoyed by visitors given the magic of crossing these lands having direct contact with nature that make it up.
