This rural accommodation is in the Valladolid town of Villanueva de San Mancio and is the ideal place to spend a few days of disconnection with your partner.

This old inn has been converted into a real inn with more than 200 years old.

Currently it has 7 double rooms, of which 2 are suites and offer a more romantic stay. Although if you are looking for romanticism in the whole inn you will find it with many and very careful details, such as the windows of stained glass windows, the long curtains or the wooden staircase through which the bedrooms are accessed.

Each of them has a completely different decoration, but all have that special touch: ceilings with exposed wooden beams, curtains with baroque prints, wooden headboards -or with shapes-, leather benches at the foot of the bed and thus a endless of very careful details that also include the switches o telephones of yesteryear.

In all the bedrooms there is a complete kit -with double beds or single beds - in addition to a TV that includes a DVD. Perfect for restful nights, where you can lie on the bed and watch your favorite movie.

If you want, you can request, in the standard rooms, a extra bed, por you want to travel in a group or with a child. For the little ones you can request a crib.

And thinking a little about the rest and disconnection of the parents there is available the babysitting service, in case you want to go out or go down to dinner as a couple restaurant de the inn.

Here daily menus are offered where the tenants can enjoy the traditional Spanish meal with typical dishes of the area. Slaughter, crayfish or dishes made from hunting in the area are some of the options they offer.

You can taste it in its great dining room in which we see walls in red tones that combine with stone columns, to match the wood burning fireplace. The vaulted ceilings give a more intimate touch to the room.

And after dinner a good plan is to climb the roof y take something in the terrace chill-out. A glass of wine, or a gin and tonic to enjoy the pleasant temperatures in this area of ​​Castilla. On this terrace, open since 2009 and from which there are incredible views, private parties are also celebrated.

When you come to visit this town of Valladolid you must visit, on the one hand the Church of Santa María - next to the inn- and on the other hand the Canal de Castilla. The first was built in the sixteenth century and its Renaissance style is also seen in the Castillo de Belmonte.

As for the channel - from the XVIII and XIX -, it crosses the town of Villanueva de San Mancio and from it you can see the XX River Sequillo of a length of about 200 kilometers.

10 minutes by car from the inn - or even a little less - you get to Medina de Rioseco, a town with a lot of cultures interest thanks to its cathedral churches and its museums.
