Located in the wonderful town of Laredo, Cantabria, our establishment offers all the comforts of a hotel and, at the same time, the magic of the lodging in a rural house given its surroundings. This establishment of 3 floors has, in addition to a large outdoor pool surrounded by a large and well-kept garden, with different types of rooms to choose from according to the needs and preferences of the different clients.

With a total of 14 stays, our establishment is divided into double rooms, either with double bed or with double single bed, and single rooms, ideal for adventurous guests traveling alone. In any case, there is always the possibility of increasing the capacity of any double room for up to 3 people with the inclusion of a extra bed.

All bedrooms have a full private bathroom. All of them include a large bathtub or shower tray, hairdryer and a set of towels for each tenant.

Regarding the common areas, there is a large dining room for meetings and breakfasts. Thanks to its location within the building, in a spacious room with various glass doors that allow the entry of daylight, allows customers to enjoy a spectacular view of the environment while enjoying their breakfast.

On the other hand, there is a large living room composed of numerous sofas for the comfort of guests, a collection of table games to ensure fun and entertainment, a chime to combat the low temperatures and a bar bar to satisfy any request you may have while enjoying the comfort of this estancia.

The place preferred by most customers, especially in summer season, is the outside. The unique environment that surrounds the place and the possibility of enjoying the large pool and the huge garden belonging to the plot itself, ensure a stay full of peace, tranquility and nature.

Among the services offered, the establishment features adapted for people with reduced mobility, free WIFI connection, private parking without advance booking, heating systems arranged throughout the building, the possibility of including the breakfast, the complete tourist orientation and the proximity to the most characteristic coastal sites of this special Cantabrian corner.

It should be noted that the decoration of each corner of the inn is unique. Each room has its own, that is, no two rooms are the same, not even the bathrooms have common decoration.

Regarding the environment it is important to highlight, first, the proximity to three of the most important airports d e the northern part of the country. While the de Santander is only 37 kilometers, Bilbao is just over 40 and Vitoria, the furthest of the three, is less than 80 kilometers away. This circumstance makes access to our establishment considerably easier.

Laredo, capital of the Costa Esmeralda, has mythical coastal sites such as the Salvé beach, the largest sandbank in the north, the beach of Regatón, next to the Ria del Asón and the different coves that surround the town .

Of course, it is also convenient to enjoy its Historic Quarter since it is part of the Historical and Historical Patrimony with a characteristic architecture due to its history as the first port of the North during the years of the Great Spanish Empire.
