Surrounded by the Picos de Europa and the Cantabrian Sea, this spectacular rural house located in Tereñas, a small town 3.5 kilometers from Ribadesella, Asturias, puts before our eyes a landscape without equal. It is a cozy stone construction that divides your stays in 2 floors.

It has a total of 4 rooms, each of them with a specific theme, with a decoration with furniture more than a century old:

• Room Tereñes: A stay in homage to Asturias that mixes stone and wood.
• Room Liébana: Tribute to the Valley of Liébana, Cantabria.
• Andalusia Room: With innumerable Andalusian details, it is dedicated to a town in the province of Málaga.
• Riviera Room: With alpine airs of the Swiss Region of Lake Geneva.

All bedrooms have large beds (all doubles except the one in the Tereñas room which, in addition to being the most spacious and adapted to people with reduced mobility, is the only one with a double single bed), an exquisite and delicate decoration kept to the minimum detail, with television flat screen included, and a modern, complete and practical room of private bathroom. On the ground floor is a cozy living room composed of several comfortable sofas and different decorative forest where tenants can enjoy a quiet and pleasant time. Of course, there is also a small lounge-library on the top floor with the seats arranged in front of a large window offering unparalleled views of the environment.

It also has a room dining room, with fireplace included, where the breakfast buffet is served in which products of the region are offered. In addition, it is possible to enjoy dinners, specializing in local cuisine, at the establishment itself upon previous request.

Less than 5 minutes from the wonderful beaches of the Cantabrian Sea and surrounded by the mountain ranges of the Picos de Europa, the Tiu Xico complex offers incredible views from all its windows and balconies. Each room has its own window from which to enjoy the landscape that surrounds it.

Among the places of greatest interest that can be visited are the Cueva de Tito Bustillo, the Jurassic Museum of Asturias or the Bufones de Pría.
