Nice holiday apartment by the sea, in the beautiful town with the beach of Llançá, located in the northern third of the Costa Brava, in the province of Girona.

This accommodation offers its guests the opportunity to enjoy these facilities that it has:

• The living room has a set of dining room with a huge wooden table surrounded by a long continuous bench that provides more than 6 seats, in addition to the 2 extra chairs that are located on the other side, which makes up a service for 8 diners. Next to this there is a multi-seater sofa convertible into a bed that is proposed as a comfortable seat from which to watch the television that rests on the furniture at the opposite end of the room.

• 3 double-sized bedrooms of which 2 of them have a pair of single beds each and the remaining one would have a double bed. The exterior projection of all the rooms and the fact that each of them has a large window, allows natural light to flood these rooms.

• The kitchen,, which is in contact with the living room although separated by a wall, is fully equipped with the necessary electrical appliances that may be required in the preparation of meals during the duration of our stay. Except for the refrigerator that is taking advantage of an otherwise empty space in the living room, which can be comfortable at the time of the social gatherings. X

• In addition to the full bathroom with shower that the house has, there is also a separate toilet to offer an alternative for sanitary use to the occupants of the house.

• Crossing the large glass doors of the living room, we come out onto a private terrace of a medium size with enough space in which a set of outdoor furniture r has been arranged, consisting of a table and several seats that will allow the occupants of the house enjoy from the quiet rest of your home the beautiful coastal panorama that opens before them.

Outside there is a common space to share with the inhabitants of the rest of the apartments, which includes small gardens and a solarium with sea views.

From the very port of the town of Llançá, on foot we can access the Islote del Castellar, a small sandy area whose access disappears with especially abundant tides, but which will give us as visitors the sensation of being shipwrecked on the smallest island in the world.

In addition, from here we can have a more exact view of the so-called Banc de Peix, a civil countermeasure that took the form of a dike that was decided to be placed in this area so that the damage caused by the 2008 storm would not be repeated, the surface of this wall has been used by local artists to create a mural that gracefully contrasts with the natural surroundings.

In the nearby municipality of Vereda we find the Castillo de Sant Salvador, a medieval fortress that stands at the highest point of the Serranía de Rodes, at 670 meters.
