Cozy holiday apartment with private terrace and capacity to accommodate 4 people visitors, included in a community of neighbors with community pool, located on the outskirts of the beautiful Asturian town of Llanes.

The spaces that guests who decide to stay in this house can use are the following:

• A cozy lounge, at the outer end of which there are glass doors that give access to the terrace and make up almost entirely this wall, which provides the room with abundant natural lighting. Next to these doors is where we find the corners that have been designed for both reading and audiovisual leisure, with an individual armchair placed under the attentive light of a floor lamp and next to it a large comfortable chaise-longue arranged in front of to a widescreen television. • There are 2 double bedrooms, both in size and capacity, one of which is arranged in a youth format, with a trundle bed in which a pair of single beds are arranged at different levels; the other would be a suite with a double bed and exclusive access to a full bathroom. Both rooms have several large-volume storage spaces and huge windows to the outside, which provides them with natural light during a large part of the day.

• The kitchen is arranged in a single block of furniture that is arranged along one of the walls of this room, integrating both the spaces where the wide selection of kitchenware is stored and the complete equipment at the level appliance that will be available to the occupants of the dwelling. In this same space we also find a service table with several seats that can be configured as a perfect corner for breakfast.

• The 2 bathrooms that the apartment has have a complete set of toilets that integrate with a contemporary design space, in which we will also find a bathtub and a shower cabin respectively.

• Going through the doors of the living room we find a small terrace , where a set of outdoor furniture made of wood and iron has been arranged, from which the inhabitants of the house can comfortably enjoy the views into the interior of the residential complex where the common areas are located.

Among the common areas of this community of neighbors in which the apartment is included we can find a pool surrounded by a sector of solarium with grass floor.

Taking advantage of the fact that we are on the outskirts of the town and that one of the ways to get to its historic center is to walk the beautiful promenade of San Pedro, we should not stop walking this cobbled route that accompanies the beautiful coast on the shores of the Cantabrian Sea, from where we will be able to appreciate how the furious waters collide again and again with a violence that is still beautiful against the cliffs.

After El Sablón beach, we will have reached the center, which if we continue bordering on the outside will take us in an easterly direction towards the port of Llanes, at whose end we will be able to appreciate the curious work of the famous painter Agustín Ibarrola, the Cubes of the Memory, a decoration of the breakwater breakwater that protects the marina of the town from the strong waves and composes with the cheerful colors with which it has been covered a visual break typical of Land-art.

Once in the center, perhaps we would like to walk through the beautiful squares of Parres in medieval style, Santa Ana for its lively social life of cider bars and terraces or that of Magdalena presided over by a beautiful basilica with the same name that is in a monumental complex that has no waste.
