This particular apartment has the possibility of giving shelter to a maximum of 4 people, being the ideal accommodation for families or small groups of friends who want to put aside the routine and spend a few days in a unique environment characterized by the quality of its beaches, the beauty of its landscapes, its gastronomy and the friendliness of its inhabitants.

The house is composed of the following rooms that are adapted for people with reduced mobility: Â

• The kitchen is a modern space composed of the appliances of last generation that facilitate the day to day of the guests. A marble countertop in which 4 fires are made in which to prepare the typical dishes of the land, such as a stew or an octopus in feira. Decorated in white and brown tones that give the touch of color to your furniture, responsible for keeping the household items, as well as crockery and cutlery. It also has a large refrigerator so that guests can store all food without space problems.
  • A wooden table with several chairs around it becomes hollow just a couple of meters from the kitchen. It is the area of ??the apartment intended for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Decorated by white walls in which different paintings are arranged that reach the living room.
    • The living room is one of the most cozy rooms in the house and is composed of a sofa and 2 armchairs located around a table of wood and marble. A rug gives the touch of color to this space, as it combines with the cushions of the armchair and the sofa. In addition, a piece of furniture holds a large flat TV that becomes the perfect audiovisual alternative for movie lovers. It is a very well lit space thanks to the window with views of the mountains and the sea, which, in turn, allows the sun's rays to come in and bring natural light to the room. Â
      • 2 double bedrooms, one consisting of a comfortable double bed while the remaining one has 2 single beds. Night tables are located next to the beds and have small lamps that illuminate the rooms when the day falls. In addition, a wardrobe in each of the bedrooms is present so that tenants can store their luggage without space problems. A small television flat is hanging on the wall, so that guests can watch a movie before going to sleep.
        • A bathroom, adapted to people with reduced mobility, which has a shower tray and a screen. In addition, the house offers basic body care products as well as towels, so you do not have to worry about anything.
          The exterior of the apartment is comprised of a closed property that has garden and different common corners for all guests staying in the complex.
          
          A barbecue becomes the protagonist of the sunny days in which the tenants can put aside the routine and animate themselves to cook in their brasar.Â
          The smallest of the house also have an area reserved for them because, among the trees in the garden, there are some swings so that the children can play and have fun no worries.
          
          A private parking is available to the tenants so they can leave their vehicle safely.

The first one is to get close to Punta Insua, a point located a few meters from the beach of Lariño and that has a lighthouse 12 meters high that is vitally important for boats, as it lights their way thanks to its red and white lights. The inhabitants of the nearby towns recommend to approach this place and contemplate the sunset while you can see the Atlantic Ocean.
