Cozy holiday apartment for 5 people, in a community of neighbors with swimming pools, located in the town of Posada de Llanes, just 10 minutes by car from Llanes itself.

This accommodation makes available to its guests the following facilities:

• A cozy lounge with beautiful modern design finishes and minimalist style decoration. This room enjoys abundant natural lighting thanks to the fact that the wall that would face the outside is made up almost entirely of large windows. Next to these, a corner has been set up for rest with a huge wide screen television that can be enjoyed from the comfort offered by the triple sofa convertible into a bed that is located in front of the other side of the room.

• Coinciding in the same room as the living room we find the kitchen that has its unique block of furniture at the opposite end of the windows that face the outside. Among the kitchen furniture we find a complete appliance and inside it are arranged in an orderly manner the elements belonging to the wide selection of household items.

• There are 2 bedrooms of size and double capacity, one of which has a pair of single beds, while the other has a double bed. Both rooms are exterior facing and thanks to their large windows they enjoy good natural lighting. They also both have spacious built-in wardrobes.

• The bathroom that exists in the house is complete with a bathtub and a set of basic toilets.

The residential complex in which this accommodation is included has among its common areas a recreational area for bathing in which we find a couple of swimming pools, both surrounded by sectors of grass floor that serve as solarium . Also in this outdoor space between blocks is where the little ones can enjoy playing in a playground with swings.

Since we are close to the beautiful historic town of Llanes, we should take the opportunity to visit it beyond the simple enjoyment of its multiple beaches.

Taking into account the direction from which we approach the town, we can park the first houses we see on Avenida de las Gaviotas, so that from the surroundings of La Playina we can approach the vestiges of the defensive wall further from the center of the population that will lead us to the beautiful Mirador de La Talá and from there continue towards the center. If we choose to do the tour following the coastline, we will be traveling along the magnificent Paseo de San Pedro projected in the 18th century and which makes it easy for us to contemplate the spectacular cliffs that exist in this upper part of the city. At the end of this we will have reached the popular urban beach of El Sablón, which is located at the foot of the first houses in the old town.

Leaving El Sablón behind us and directing our steps along Calle el Correo, we first find the spectacular Palace of the Dukes of Estrada and on the other side with the Chapel of the Palace of the Posadas, which will open in the square of the Basilica of Santa María del Concejo. Continuing along Calle de Posada de Argüelles, we would arrive at the Wall of San Nicolás and right in front of the charming alley of the Palace of the Gaztañaga that would lead us to the port.
