This beautiful apartment is located in the municipality Malpartida de Plasencia, located in the province of Cáceres.

The apartment has been recently rehabilitated, containing new and comfortable facilities. Its warm colors and its wooden floors and ceilings make it a relaxing and peaceful place. Also, it has walls stone, making it a typical rural accommodation, for its outstanding rustic decoration.

Upon entering, we have the spacious living room-kitchen, where we can appreciate a sofa-bed, which is perfect to accommodate more guests. Right next door is the beautiful dining room of wood for 6 people, where you can have breakfast or lunch while enjoying the television and the favorite programs. The space is very bright and the kitchen has all the appliances and utensils that facilitate the stay of the visitor.

The kitchen is decorated with elements in quality wood, lamps and reclining chair.

The apartment has a room with double bed, very spacious and with bedding. Also, it has comfortable to store belongings. In the second room, we will find 2 single beds, large space and bedding. Both rooms have bathroom completo with towels and shower.

The apartment has heating, connection to internet Wifi and access to the patio, from where you can appreciate beautiful views. All the accommodation is attic and presents great charm in every corner.

• Barbecue, perfect to meet and prepare delicious dishes in the company of family or friends.

The charming accommodation has an excellent location, from where you can visit several sites of interest. In Las Hurdes, we have a lot of nature, valleys, hills and colorful landscapes. Also, we can visit Cáceres, a province that has been declared a World Heritage Site. In Coria, we can contemplate a Roman and Arabic architecture.

La Vera, was the favorite place of the emperors. In Plasencia, we can enjoy its historical center and the River Jerte. Undoubtedly, this accommodation has the privilege of being close to many places of great cultural and tourist interest. It is ideal to rest and disconnect.
