Beautiful holiday apartment with capacity to accommodate 5 people visitors in the pleasant town of Posada de Llanes, in the Principality of Asturias.

Guests of this accommodation may use and enjoy the following facilities :

• 2 bedrooms of size and capacity double, one of them with a pair of single beds similar to each other and the other has a double bed. Both rooms are exterior projection and have large windows, which guarantees abundant natural lighting. In the case of the double room there is a door with direct access to a glazed gallery. These rooms have spacious closets with a large storage volume.

• The bathroom that the inhabitants of the house will have a complete set of basic toilets, as well as a closing shower cabin.

• The room is arranged in a unitary multifunctional space in which the kitchen is also located. At the inner end, closest to the access door to the house, is where there is a wide-screen television that we can enjoy from the comfort offered by the three-seater convertible into a bed that is located just on the other side of the room.

• In the part closest to the huge windows that overlook the exterior and that allow the room to be flooded with natural light, is where the set of dining room with seating for 4 people has been arranged, in a spatial term close to the kitchen, which is arranged in an integral block under whose countertops we find a large number of storage spaces where the kitchenware is ordered and a complete appliance kit.

The apartment is associated with the right to use a parking space in the community garage.

We are exceptionally close to the location of one of the most grateful geographical points of this Cantabrian Coast, in addition to being a curious geological accident, it is the sandbank of Gulpiyuri, which has been called on some occasion as " the beach smallest in the world ", since despite receiving the influence of the tides and enjoying the waters of the sea, it has no outlet to it and not even views of the maritime horizon, since it is almost completely surrounded by rock of the cliffs, under which the water sneaks. This enchanting and enigmatic bathing area disappears with the high tide, becoming a saltwater reservoir.

Another of the beautiful places that we can visit in the surroundings of the location of this accommodation is the spectacular Mirador de los Picos de Europa that is in the parish of Carriles, which we would reach if we wanted only after a walk of about 75 minutes or if we prefer 9 minutes by car.

In this specific enclave, an information post has been arranged that provides us with all the information regarding the mountain range that we can enjoy in a beautiful panoramic view with which we may want to undertake one of the beautiful hiking routes that are traced along its territory, which cover very different degrees for all audiences.
