In this accommodation your guests can enjoy the following facilities :

• A beautiful double-sized bedroom with a double bed and a large-volume storage closet where the belongings of the inhabitants of the house can be put in order without any problem. In this space there are large windows that will make it easier for the room to be flooded with large amounts of natural light.

• The bathroom that the inhabitants of the house will have, contains a complete set of basic sanitary ware and a fully closed shower cabin.

• The room is a space full of natural light thanks to its exterior orientation and the large windows that we can find in it. your large television from the comfort offered by the sofa that is located right in front, which can become a bed.

• The kitchen, which shares the same room as the living room, but located at the opposite end of it, is fully equipped to the level, appliance, in an intelligent furnishing solution, taking advantage of the available space to propose a series of drawers and cupboards within which all the elements belonging to the wide selection of available kitchenware are stored in an orderly fashion.

• In the intermediate spatial term between the kitchen and the living room we find a set of dining room for 4 people.

In the residential complex in which this apartment is included, there are common use areas for all its residents, among which we find a pool area.

The path to the center can be very interesting if we undertake it along the part of the coastline that is where the beautiful Paseo de San Pedro is located, a cobbled path designed back in the 18th century that on one side has the raging waters of the Cantabrian, along this route they crash mercilessly against the coast; and on the other, some peaceful pastures that become larger as we move away from the center, turning completely wild as we pass next to the access to.

At the end of this path, we will have reached the popular El Sablón beach, at the foot of the first houses in the historic center of the town of Llanes. To continue with our tour, there would be two equally attractive options: leaving the bathing area behind us, Correo street stretches out before us, or to the left the first rocks of the old Defensive wall. If we choose the first option we will enter the center, finding first the beautiful Palace of the Dukes of Estrada and a little later with the Chapel of "El Cercau".

In the square that opens before us presided over by the Basilica of Santa María del Concejo of medieval courts, both the urban space and the building itself around which the social life of the population gathers.
In case of having chosen the left when leaving El Sablón, we will go along the outer part of the Wall to the also very crowded Plaza de Santa Ana, near the port, where we will find the dike intervened by the painter Agustín Ibarrola, to transform it into his colorful work Los Cubos de la Memoria.
