Apartamento Llugarón I

This rural apartment is located at Llugarón, a town belonging to Villaviciosa, at Asturias.

It is part of a accommodation complex, located in this small village, which occupies a good part of it. We offer different types of housing or room rentals, and this is one of the 2 apartments we have.

The facade, as is typical in the area, has stone and wood, surrounded by grass and vegetation.

This accommodation can accommodate up to 4 people, but 2 additional beds can be included to increase seats up to 6 guests.

As for the bedrooms, there are 2, located on the floor above. The first has a double bed, with a large wooden headboard, and a balcony with beautiful views and matching curtains with the comforter. The other has 2 separate beds and light tones predominate. Although the decoration is very beautiful, it is simple, because it has been preferred to give more prominence to the materials: the stone walls and the wooden ceilings with beams to the air.

On this floor, there is also a bathroom so that it is close to the rooms.

On the floor below is the kitchen, with kitchen sufficient for all guests. There is also a living room with lots of charm, especially for the fireplace. It has sofas and wicker chairs, which are perfect with the architectural components of the house.

According to sales, you come across a porch. It is a portico not very big, but ideal to place a terrace y to be able to enjoy the incredible surroundings.

In the apartment, as in the rest of the complex, you can connect to the internet with our network WiFi.

All guests of our complex can use the recreation area, with area to eat or sit and swings for the smaller users. Also, you can park your own car on our private terrain.

One of the peculiarities of our accommodation is that we have a hórreo and a call, still active, that you can visit and, thus, know better the way of life and the traditions of the area.

The Sierra del Sueve and Miravalles are the location and environment of our house. This creates terrains with different orographies, on the one hand valleys and prairies, and on the other hand forests y leafy vegetation. Beech and groves make nature flood everything.

Llugarón, apart from this, also has something very special: we are very close to the mar. Villaviciosa is 4 kilometers away and its beaches are truly amazing. In addition, it has the ría largest in the entire Autonomous Community. You can also see, for example, one of their churches, that of Santa María de la Anunciación.

Oviedo and Gijón are also nearby, from 30 kilometers. They are large and very important cities, which have a lot to offer. But, if you prefer tranquility, Llugarón will provide you with that precious calm.
