Apartamento Mi Tío

Our rural accommodation is designed for 4 people, and is very close to the Sierra de Espuña. The house is part of a building that houses another 2 apartments, whose rent can be independent or total.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed. Also, we can leave you a crib. Both rooms are exterior, and contain a closet.

These rooms have a shared bathroom.

On the other hand is our living room. It is designed so that you have leisure options without leaving home, for example watching a movie on the television with DVD (or through the USB port), or playing with the XX
The main room has fireplace.

You also have at your disposal the kitchen, with microwave, oven... and even with washing machine.

And, in general, the whole apartment is kept at a good temperature with the air conditioning.

This apartment has a private patio surrounded by plants that produce a very nice shade to take shelter from the summer sun. There we have a table and chairs outside so you can eat quietly.

As we have said, the house shares a building with another 2, and the 3 have common areas of enjoyment, which are:

• A covered area with a oven Moorish style, this means it is mud. In it you can make stews in the wood fire.
• A pool that is outdoors
• Parking for cars

Here your pets are admitted.

La Sierra de Espuña is in the valley of X Segura River, and has many things to visit:

• It is considered zone ZEPA, that is, bird watching is ensured. There are from griffon vultures to gavilanes.
• A Interpretation Center to educate and practice concepts about the forest.
• Several lookouts, as the de Collado Bermejo.

You can also visit nearby towns. The castles are striking that there is as much in Mula as in Vera Cruz.

And there are a thermal baths in Mula.
