This apartment in on the beachfront is ideal for families and is located in the town of Can Picafort, very central to everything.

It is modern and offers all the modern comforts, with a nice terrace that has sea views. Without a doubt, it is ideal for a holiday on the island of Majorca.

Located on the second floor, it has a maximum capacity of 5 people and its 85 m2 space is divided into:

• 3 Bedrooms: totally equipped with 2 double beds and 2 single beds, all dressed.

The suite, in addition to having a private bathroom, has direct access to the balcony through a glass door that nourishes it with natural light. It is designed in white tones and has a bedside table with lamp.

The rooms, in general, have plugs near of the beds and air conditioning to counteract the heat. For clothes they have wooden closets and a safe in case you need it.

• 2 full bathrooms: 1 of them en-suite with shower and glass partition, the other with bathtub. You have essentials and we provide you clean towels for your comfort, which you can hang on the heated towel rail.

In them you have wide mirrors and also a bidet. For more comfort, you have a wicker basket for clothes and a hair dryer if you ever need it.

• 1 Modern kitchen in white and dark appliances, such as the oven. It has views towards the living room, as both rooms are connected.
