This rural house is site in the Navarro municipality of Saldías.

It is an old traditional house, rustic style. It was reformed in 2006, keeping the original materials and maintaining the typical appearance.

The facade shows an immaculate target, only interrupted by the stone frieze and the slabs placed around the windows, a representative decoration of this area. The long galleries, full of gardeners with flowers and secured by precious wrought iron railings.

The house is distributed in 2 floors.

The first plant is intended for common areas, among which are:

• A charming kitchen with a American wood and brick bar. It has all the necessary appliances for guests to enjoy a comfortable and pleasant stay. Next to her there is a minting table with their corresponding banks.
• A room with a chimney gray stone presiding over the room. In it there is a television, a sofa, a armchair and a table low. It is a modern and rustic furniture that perfectly joints with the rest of the house.
• A beautiful porch with barbecue and a wide table with capacity for 6 people. It is an ideal zone to enjoy large evenings in the best company.
• A bathroom rustic endowed with shower dish. 

The second floor is made up of 3 bedrooms and a bathroom. The stays have the following characteristics:

• 2 colorful rooms with marriage bed and a beautiful wooden furniture. In one of them there is a cradle.
• An individual room endowed with a flirtatious wrought iron bed. In this bedroom you can include a supplementary bed if guests require it.
• A modern and rustic bathroom equipped with bathtub and towels.

Saldías is a small town located in the Malereka Valley. only 150 people live in it, so it is a perfect area to enjoy absolute tranquility.
