Cozy holiday apartment for 6 visitors, in the beautiful beach town of Llançá, on the Catalan Costa Brava, where the Mediterranean touches the province of Girona.

Guests of this accommodation may use and enjoy the following facilities :

• A kitchen fully equipped to the level, with an appliance, whose furniture integrates a large number of storage spaces where the many elements of a large selection of kitchenware are stored in an orderly fashion, from which the inhabitants of the house can use for the preparation and Meal service during your stay.

• 3 bedrooms, of which 2 are doubles, one with double bed and the other with a pair of twin single beds. The one that remains, smaller on the ground floor, has 2 beds arranged in a bunk bed of 2 heights, in a much more youthful room format. All these rooms have exterior projection and have windows that are large enough to enjoy abundant natural lighting throughout much of the day.

• The living room, at double height, separates 2 spaces for use differentiated by that small step, although at the top we find a set of dining rooms for 4 people, at the bottom and closer to the access to the On the terrace we find a section dedicated to rest outside the bedrooms with a three-piece and an individual armchair arranged around a large television that has been placed near the brick-built fireplace that is installed there.

• The house has 2 spaces dedicated to personal hygiene, a complete bathroom with a large shower cabin and a toilet as an alternative use.

• The terrace that we find outside the house when crossing the doors of the living room, is quite spacious in terms of space and has some peaceful views of the nearby port, which we can comfortably enjoy from the seats arranged by the set of furniture that is there.

In the surroundings of the nearby town of Selva del Mar, we find the Sierra de Rodes, a majestic natural setting where we can enjoy a recovered Mediterranean forest in the multitude of hiking trails that start from the slopes of these mountains of average altitude on whose crests several monuments stand out.

One of the places of interest that we can visit at the top of this mountain range is the monumental complex of the Monastery of Sant Pere de Rodas, an enclosure in which one of the administrative headquarters of the county was located in medieval times, which included all of this coastal zone. Erected on an intelligent system of terraced foundations to save both the unevenness and the inclination of the mountainous terrain, would be the cloister of the monastery, a church with a spectacular bell tower that rises tens of meters above the rest of the complex and the palace of the abbot. Among the spaces for reflection that were designed for the monks we can find some of the most spectacular viewpoints in the region.

Crowning the nearby summit of Sant Salvador de Verdera you can find the remains of the Castle of Verdera, which during the time of the reconquest was established as one of the border points between the Kingdom of Aragon and the Muslim territories. On this natural peak, almost 700 meters high, part of the walls and the church that looked at the Cabo de Creus from the heights are preserved.
