Beautiful holiday apartment, with capacity for 6 people, private terrace and a privileged location, very close to the coastline and the space that opens onto the stream in the beach town of Llança, on the Catalan Costa Brava.

Guests of this accommodation can enjoy the following facilities :

• The lounge is a room as spacious as it is bright, with doors that give access to the outside and that allow the passage of large amounts of natural light. In this room we find a set of dining rooms for 4 people, expandable since its table is extendable and in the house there are more chairs belonging to the same set. At the end closest to the access to the terrace we find a brick fireplace with a quite original shape that combines curved and straight lines, which we can enjoy from the seats on the other side of the room. This multi-seater sofa, located next to an individual armchair and composing a perfect corner for audiovisual recreation, is capable of becoming a multi-seater bed.

• The kitchen, which opens onto the living room with a window topped with a small bar that will facilitate meal service, is fully equipped to the electrical appliance level and also has a multitude of spaces where the many and varied elements of the kitchen are arranged. selection of household items that the occupants of the house will have available.

• 2 bedrooms, one of which has three single beds arranged in a curious bunk bed with perpendicular counterbalanced levels in a youthful format; the other is a room of double size and capacity with a double bed, which has direct access to the terrace through huge glass doors that also provide good natural lighting.

• The bathroom that the house has has a complete set of toilets and also a bathtub that is slightly smaller than the standard size.

• In the exterior part of the apartment we come across a charming terrace in which a set of garden furniture has been arranged with the intention of composing an open-air gazebo from which to enjoy the coastal panorama that surrounds the property. In addition, this would give us access by going up a flight of stairs to a small roof terrace, without equipment, but with even better views.

The complex in which the house is located has among its community area an area of ​​ swimming pool surrounded by a sector with grass floor.

Apart from the many activities or not that we will be able to carry out on the Costa Brava, while we enjoy the waters of the Mediterranean and e the good climate that it provides to the area, we have to know that we are in a region, the Alto Empordà where there is a unique rich historical and natural heritage that we can take advantage of to visit if we stay in its vicinity, sometimes even without needing a car to get around.

One of those wonderful enclaves to which we can dedicate a visit with the consequent excursion on the way is the Cima de Sant Salvador that crowns the nearby Sierra de Rodes. This quite accessible peak for less experienced walkers, rises almost 700 meters above sea level, from which we will be able to glimpse the beautiful panorama of Cabo de Creus.

On the second highest peak, quite close to the previous one, is the Castillo de Verdera, which is usually the main reason for ascending these mountain ridges. It is the remains of an old medieval fortress that once was one of the points that marked the border between the Muslim and Christian territories during the reconquest, which later would serve as a defensive enclave for the population of the area with respect to the frequent pirate attacks, which the region suffered, as happened with the rest of the Catalan coast.
