Cozy holiday apartment for 5 people, with private terrace, located on the seafront, on the other side of the San Carles bridge in front of the Playa del Puerto, in the beautiful town of Llançá, on the Costa Brava.

This accommodation makes available to its guests the following facilities :

• The room is a cozy space, which despite being on the ground floor, receives large amounts of natural light, since in front of its glass doors on the outside there is no building but only the sea. In this room we find a large comfortable chaise-longe from which the occupants of the house can enjoy the built-in fireplace installed there or the television that is located next to it. Further inside the house there is a set of wooden dining room with seat for 4 people.

• The kitchen, which has a fully equipped appliance, opens onto the living room with a window that will facilitate meal service.

• The house has 2 full bathrooms, one of them with a standard size bathtub and the other with a shower cabin. Both have a complete set of basic toilets.

• 3 bedrooms, 2 of them double in both capacity and size, which have a pair of single beds and a double bed, the latter with its own access to the outside through huge glass doors. The remaining room would be for one person in a much more youthful format, with an integral piece of furniture that runs along one of its walls offering multiple storage spaces.

• The terrace that we find, when leaving through the living room or the main bedroom, is large, showing itself as a partly covered porch in which a set of outdoor furniture has been arranged from which the inhabitants of the house can enjoy of pleasant moments in the open air with incomparable views of the Mediterranean.

Taking advantage of the fact that in the nearby town of El Mas Isaac, there is a prehistoric reconstruction, that of the Neolithic settlement of Ca n'Isach, we can place this as the starting or ending point of a self-designed route that runs through the different remains of this period of the first human communities that are not usually common in other places, but it just so happens that in this Alt Ampurdán region they are abundant.

Starting at Mas Margall, located on the western slopes of the Sierra de Rodes, and heading northwest we will find the first and surprising dolmen of Puig Margall, to find the Dolmen de Vinyes Mortes in the following meters and then the inscultures of Carena. To continue with the most fruitful route in terms of points of interest, we should leave the main path heading south until we reach the Caigut Dolmen, from there following the so-called Barranco del Infierno until we come across the Baranc dolmen and taking straight west until reaching Vinya del Rei, from where it will not be difficult for us to reach the area where the dolmen and the Granollar inscultures are located. From there we could descend to the south looking for the town of Pau to close a circular route with El Mas Isaac, although if we continued north along the border of the Sierra de Rodes there would still be many remains of this type.
