Charming apartment ideal for the holidays of 5 people, in the area of ​​Sant Genis, belonging to the Girona town of Llançá, on the Catalan Costa Brava.

In this accommodation your guests can enjoy the following spaces :

• The living room, despite being on the ground floor, enjoys abundant natural lighting, since it has a curious window that makes the corner of two different facades of the house and a huge sliding glass door which gives direct access to the deck/porch. In the corner under the window are a pair of multi-seater sofas that orchestrate your focus to the television that rests on the cabinet on the other side of the room. At the opposite end of the room there is a set of wooden dining rooms with seats for 4 people, next to which we find several cupboards full of household items that we may need during our stay.

• The 2 bathrooms in the house have complete sets of toilets, one with a standard size bathtub and the other with a shower tray. The drying and washing machines are installed in the cabin belonging to the latter.

• There are 2 bedrooms of size and double capacity, one of which features a pair of twin single beds, while the other has a double bed. In addition, both have built-in wardrobes of a certain volume, capable of storing the belongings that the occupants of each room have brought with them.

• The kitchen, integrates into its furniture various storage spaces where complementary household items are ordered for the preparation of meals together with a fully equipped appliance.

• A charming covered terrace equipped with a modern camping bench from which the inhabitants of the house can enjoy restful moments of recreation with the immense luck of being able to contemplate the garden that surrounds the property. In this outdoor space there is a built-in barbecue with which we will enjoy the possibility of eating outdoors.

The house has an associated parking space in a shared covered garage.

Given the proximity of the accommodation to the coast, we can effortlessly enjoy one of the most famous hiking trails nationwide, the GR-92 better known as the Camí de Ronda, a comfortable path with low difficulty in transit that accompanies the Catalan coast for more than 100 kilometres.

In any of the directions we take when we reach the path itself, we will always have something captivating to see and enjoy, since the fact that the path runs along the edge of the sea will provide the pedestrian visitor with a series of beautiful viewpoints and small coves suitable for bathing that would otherwise go unnoticed, since they are not reviewed and do not appear on the maps as bathing areas in use.

If we head north, not taking long in our transit we would arrive at Cap del Ras, where we will find the remains of a maritime defense line with a series of surface trenches that become underground tunnels that will come together under the ground in the Bunker of Cap del Ras, an old artillery nest from the Spanish Civil War that curiously offers us a narrow but wide window with spectacular views of the Mediterranean.

To the south and on the way to the urban center of Llançá, before reaching the charming port of San Carlos, on the tip of the land of San Jordi, we will come across another of these curious cases in which war engineering has become its disuse and abandonment in an exceptional tourist enclave, since it offers an incomparable panoramic view of that area, in this case it is the Bunker of Argilera, next to the beach of the same name.
