Apartamento S'Oratge

This rural apartment is on the outskirts of Manacor, in Mallorca.

It is part of our complex, constituted by this house and 2 more. This apartment has a capacity for 4 people and is rented individually. However, also you can reserve the entire complex, which achieves a capacity for 10 people.

The building is a very old construction, which drags history from 1239. Already at that time, with Muslims, there are data from our house. Recently, was renovated to transform it into rural accommodation. Of course, the style and materials of the facade and the interior have been kept as much as possible. Therefore, the stone is the main element of aesthetics of the building.

Inside, the apartment is distributed in several rooms. To begin with, you access him uploading beautiful stone stairs to the second floor. Upon entering, you find a terrace with a lot of charm, an ideal place to spend some time outdoors and enjoy the garden.

As for bedrooms, there are 2, both doubles. In the 2 there are individual beds, however, one of the rooms has a bathroom with private access. The remaining bath is out of the bedroom, making a total of 2 bathrooms in the apartment.

In addition, the house has another stay, very functional. There is a living room and a dining area. There is also the American kitchen and a breakfast bar separating both environments.

As for the outer, it is enviable. The complex has a extensive plot, full of vegetation everywhere. In addition, the enclave is in full nature, so the foliage is very leafy around. There are many plants and flowers with color everywhere.

The pool is one of the favorite places of our guests. It is located in a Swelling enclosure, but wrapped with the green of the thickness. It has 2 areas within the same pool, on one side there is a smaller and less deep circle for children, and on the other a long pool for adults. Next, there are sun loungers and hammocks to relax and enjoy the pool. 

You can also use the Merendero, a place roofed with barbecue, tables and banks where to pass an outdoor evening.

There is a room that is common for all the guests of the complex. In it, there is a library with an area to read and a table with computer and internet.

Our rural complex is in full nature, surrounded by a natural area of ​​special interest. We are in the region of the Levante Mallorcan, a wonder of paradisiacal coast and moderate reliefs. Its capital is Manacor, municipality where the apartment is. However, we are not in the center of the town, but more in the outskirts, so that we maintain the tranquility of the countryside without losing the comforts of the city.

In Manacor you can visit the Our Senyora dels Dolors Church or the convent Sant Vicenç Ferrer, among many other sites. If not, you can always travel Mallorca whole, an island treasure. For example, Porto Christ, neighbor of Manacor, has known Cuevas, worth seeing.

Our farm is not on the coast, but we are very close to beaches and precious coves. For example, you can approach the Cala Mandia or La Cala Anguilla.
