Apartamento S'Oratge

This rural apartment is on the outskirts of Manacor, Mallorca.

It is part of our complex, consisting of this house and 2 more. This apartment has a capacity for 4 people and is rented individually. However, also you can book the entire complex, which will get a capacity for 10 people.

The building is a XX Already at that time, with the Muslims, there is data from our house. Recently, was reformed to transform it into a rural accommodation. Of course, we wanted to preserve as much as possible the style and materials of the facade and interior. Therefore, the stone is the main element of the aesthetic of the building.

Inside, the apartment is distributed in several rooms. To begin, you access it by climbing some beautiful stone stairs to the second floor. Upon entering, you find a terrace with a lot of charm, an ideal place to spend some time outdoors and enjoy the garden.

As for bedrooms, there are 2, both doubles. In the 2 there are single beds, however, one of the rooms has a bathroom with private access. The remaining bathroom is outside the bedroom, making a total of 2 bathrooms in the apartment.

In addition, the house has another room, very functional. There is a living room and a dining area. There is also the American kitchen and a breakfast bar separating both environments.

As for the outside, it is enviable. The complex has a extensive plot, full of vegetation everywhere. In addition, the enclave is in full nature, so the foliage is very leafy around. There are many plants and flowers giving color everywhere.

The pool is one of the favorite places of our guests. It is located in a flooring, but wrapped with the green of the thicket. It has 2 zones inside the same pool, on one side there is a smaller and shallower circle for the children, and on the other a long adult pool. Next door, there are loungers and hammocks to relax and enjoy the pool.

You can also use the picnic room, a covered place with barbecue, tables and benches where you can spend an evening in the open air.

There is a room that is common for all resort guests. In it, there is a library with area to read and a table with computer and internet.

Our rural complex is in the middle of nature, surrounded by a Natural Area of ​​Special Interest. We are in the region of the Mallorcan Levante, a marvel of costa paradisíaca and moderate reliefs. Its capital is Manacor, municipality where the apartment is located. However, we are not in the center of the town, but more in the outskirts, so that we maintain the tranquility of the countryside without losing the comforts of the city.

In Manacor you can visit the church Nuestra Senyora dels Dolors or the Convent Sant Vicenç Ferrer, among many other sites. If not, you can always go around Mallorca, an island treasure. For example, Porto Cristo, neighbor of Manacor, has some well-known caves, worth seeing.

Our farm is not on the coast, but we are very close to beaches and beautiful coves. For example, you can go to Cala Mandia or Cala Anguila.
