• A living room as bright as it is spacious, which has direct access to the outside terrace through huge doors. In the term closest to these doors, is where we find a comfortable triple sofa and an individual armchair from which we can comfortably contemplate the television that focuses attention on this part of the room. Just in the opposite corner of the room is where we find the built-in fireplace next to which a set of dining room with seat for 4 people.

• The 2 bedrooms available in the apartment are double, both in size and capacity, being equipped with double bed and a pair of single beds, respectively. Both rooms have exterior projection, so they have natural lighting similar to that of the living room.

• The kitchen is equipped with a complete appliance and a selection of complementary kitchenware with which the occupants of the house will not have to miss anything when preparing and serving their meals.

• Going through the doors of the room to the outside,, we would find a beautiful terrace of a certain size, which has been equipped with furniture, composing a small or solarium with a couple of sun loungers and a set of gazebos with seats for 4 people, all arranged so that the inhabitants of the house can comfortably enjoy the spectacular views of the Mediterranean provided by the height of the farm.

In the lower part of the property that surrounds the apartment block itself, a charming community terrace with garden furniture has also been arranged, which is surrounded by thick vegetation.

The exceptional location of this accommodation gives us the opportunity to not have to make the typical decision between the beach or the mountains, since here we could have it all. On the one hand, we are very close to the hiking route of the beautiful Camí de Ronda, the path that runs along the Costa Brava from north to south, offering those who walk it a multitude of coves suitable for bathing and numerous viewpoints of printing, all outside of the official markings on the maps of the region and perhaps part of the secret heritage of the local people. Following this road to the south we can find one of the most spectacular natural points in the surroundings in contact with route GR-92, the Punta Arenella Lighthouse.

For mountain lovers we have, facing the waters of the Mediterranean, the beautiful Sierra de Rodes, a small mountain range that almost reaches 700 meters of altitude at its peak Pico de Sant Salvador in the southern part that precedes a forested peninsula.
In the vicinity of this peak are the spectacular ruins of the Castillo de Verdera, which at the time of the Reconquest was one of the border points between Christian and Muslim territory. To the northeast is one of the most perfect examples of Catalan Romanesque, which is sublimated in the buildings raised on terraces of the sanctuary of the Monastery of San Pere de Rodes.
