Beautiful apartment with private terrace with spectacular views of the Mediterranean Sea, located in the immediate vicinity of Los Tonyines beach, in the charming village of Llança, on the beautiful Catalan Costa Brava.

This accommodation, with capacity to house 4 people, offers its guests the following facilities:

• 2 double bedrooms both in capacity and in size with respect to the rest of the house, in which we find a pair of twin single beds and a double bed, respectively. Both rooms have large built-in wardrobes and large glass doors that offer direct access to the terrace that runs along the perimeter of the house, but in this case it appears as a sunny corridor.

• The room, which is as spacious as it is bright, thanks to the fact that it has huge glass doors on its walls that give access to the outside and through which a large amount of natural light penetrates. In the middle of this room, an elegant set made of wood has been arranged that offers the service of a dining room for 4 people. Not far from there we will find a comfortable chaise-longe that offers us more than enough space for all the inhabitants of the house to take a seat and contemplate the wide screen television that rests on the other side of the room.

• A charming kitchen fully equipped at the level with an appliance that is shown as a solution to the floor space available for placing your furniture, in which multiple elements of a wide selection of household items are neatly stored.

• The bathroom in this house contains a set of basic toilets that is completed by a standard size bathtub.

• Leaving through the doors of the living room we find the widest part of the terrace where a set of outdoor furniture has been arranged in order to become an outdoor gazebo from which the inhabitants of the house can enjoy incredible views of the waters of the nearby Mediterranean.

The apartment in question has an associated parking space.

As an alternative to our marathon days of sun and beach enjoying the natural wonders that the Costa Brava offers visitors, we should know that even far from the beautiful waters of the Mediterranean there are amazing things to see.

If we cross or surround the incredible Sierra de Ronda, on its western-southern edge, we will be able to find a large number of megalithic monuments that we will be able to skilfully link a route designed to see them all, also connecting with some of the sections of the pre-designed hiking trails that exist in the area. So, starting from the town of Palau-saverdera in a purely easterly direction, we will find, after several kilometers of walking, in which we will have to ford several rivers, the Roca el Duc that begins our spectacular route.

Continuing in this direction we will come across the Febrosa Dolmens with views of the canyon of the nearby watercourse. After this we should direct our steps towards the north with a slightly northwest orientation to be able to find the Menhir de n'Poet and its stone steps, not far from there is the next formation, the Dolmen de la Fontasia.

Taking into account the proximity to the Cima de Sant Salvador, which crowns the Sierra de Rodes, as long as we do not see our health affected by serious health problems, we could start its ascent to be near the spectacular ruins of the Castillo de Verdera on one of the closest peaks or simply enjoy incredible views of Cabo de Creus and the entire surrounding coastline.
