Cozy holiday apartment with private terrace, included in a community of residents with community pool, located on the western outskirts of the historic beach town of Llanes, in the Principality of Asturias.

In this accommodation with capacity to house 5 guests, they will be able to enjoy the following facilities:

• A spacious living room, with large windows that provide a large amount of natural light, next to which there is a huge sofa-bed and an individual armchair from which we can enjoy watching the television that presides over this space. Arranged in a spatial term more oriented towards the interior of the room, a set of dining room for 4 people.

• The kitchen, which shares the same room as the living room, only separated from it by the back of its wider sofa and a breakfast bar that connects with it, is arranged in a unitary block of en furniture which integrates both a complete equipment household appliance and a wide variety of storage spaces in which the multiple elements of the wide selection of household items rest in an orderly fashion that the inhabitants of the house can use.

• 2 double-size bedrooms and also with a capacity for 2 people each, but both differ in that one has a pair of twin single beds, while the other has a double bed. Both rooms also have built-in wardrobes of more than enough size to store the belongings of the occupants of the house. These rooms are exterior and will enjoy natural light during a large part of the day.

• The 2 bathrooms that the house has are complete with the complete set of basic toilets, as well as open-format shower cabins, in one of the smaller cases given the extension of the cabin itself.

Leaving through the doors of the living room we come across a pleasant medium-sized terrace that has been equipped with outdoor furniture.

The neighborhood community has an interior patio large enough to house a community bathing area with a swimming pool of a certain size surrounded by a solarium sector.

Associated with the apartment is the right to use a parking space in the community garage.

Although the historic center offers us great leisure options, whether or not we are passionate about history, since we can walk its streets and appreciate its monuments, or experience the lively social life offered to visitors by one of the squares such as the Santa Ana or La Magdalena, and even the surroundings of its Gran Casino with a classic nineteenth-century style.

But above all, the most grateful thing to visit can be the natural enclaves that surround the population and that is that in a nearby environment we can enjoy contemplating what has been called "the smallest beach in the world", the Gulpuyuri sandbank, a coastal bathing area completely surrounded by cliffs that does not even have direct access to the Cantabrian Sea and whose waters filter under the rocks, constituting a small pool of salt water barely 40 meters wide that disappears with the high tide.

In the surroundings of the small village of San Martín we will be able to observe the magnificent panoramic view of this rugged coast with multiple islets that used to be part of the coastline from the arches of the ruins that are still standing of the Hermitage of San Martín.
