The apartment is located in La Cavada, Cantabria, and has a maximum capacity of 8 people. It is part of a complex where 2 other apartments are located. The accommodation is distributed in 3 bedrooms, living room, dining room and kitchen.

The 3 rooms are double, 2 of them have a double bed and the other one with 2 single beds. The double rooms have a large bed dressed and equipped with its set of pillows, located in a spacious and comfortable environment. Next to each bed there is a wooden nightstand that matches the chair and wardrobe in the room.
One of the matrimonial rooms has a door with an exit to the outside and through which the room is illuminated thanks to the crystals that make it up. The other double also has a wooden window through which the light invades the space. They are spaces that also have curious lamps hanging from the ceiling in addition to those located on the bedside tables.
The other room has 2 single beds of 90cm, which come dressed and equipped. Both coincide in a spacious and very bright space. The nightstand and wardrobe is made of matching wood.
All rooms have heating and the ceiling is made of wood, so warmth is guaranteed in the coldest times of the year. On this same floor is the full bathroom with hydromassage, an ideal place to relax from the daily routine. We also offer toiletries and a set of towels for each guest.
The spacious space with the living room, dining room and kitchen is located on this same floor. It is a place without architectural barriers, which gives a feeling of spaciousness and calm. The living room has a sofa bed with capacity for 2 people located in front of the TV cabinet.
The dining room has a wooden table with capacity for 6 people. In front is the kitchen area, which has a refrigerator, oven, microwave, ceramic hob and other utensils and utensils necessary to feel at home. We also have enough kitchen furniture.
The walls are made of brick and stone, a typical construction of the area. The materials are of high quality since the house was renovated a short time ago. The most common decoration materials are wood and stone, present in practically every room in the house. Including the modern wooden ceiling. The entire room is soundproofed and heated, so we guarantee that you will spend an evening in peace and tranquility.
Outside is the shared garden with the rest of the guests of the other 2 things that make up the accommodation.

The house is located in La Cavada, Cantabria. It is a town in Cantabria with just over 1000 inhabitants, at the entrance of which we find the Puerta de Carlos III, built in 1784. The town is popular for the Museum of the Royal Artillery Factory La Cavada, open since 2006.

The dense vegetation of the place is also ideal for collecting mushrooms.
El Collados del Asón Natural Park and the Asón Nativity Waterfall is located 23 kilometers away. It is a perfect place to take long walks surrounded by nature with many species of fauna and flora.
In the nearby beaches such as El Sardinero or Loredo can be done canoeing, sailing, rappelling, fishing or suf. They all have a great offer on any of the nearby coasts.
