Apartamentos La Refrada

The complex is located at Sanxenxo, Pontevedra, and consists of 3 types of accommodations: studios, 2-room apartments and 3-room apartments. All located in an area full of amenities to ensure the comfort and comfort of guests.

The studio is a single-storey bungalow type. It has a double room con dressed and equipped full bed with pillows and cushions. Next to each bed is a night table with its lamp; which matches the built-in wardrobe in the room. It is a very bright space thanks to the large windows overlooking the garden.

The kitchen, armchair bed and table are in the same space. La kitchen has oven, microwave, vitroceramic, toaster, refrigerator and other utensils, utensils and kitchen furniture necessary to feel comfortable. We also have a washing machine.
The armchair bed has capacity for a person and in front is the small table with capacity for 2 comenzales. From this space you can access the outdoor garden where you will find a playground and a furnished porch where you can enjoy the landscape and have a refreshing drink.

The studio has a full bathroom with shower and screen. We offer cleaning products and a complete set of towels for each guest.

The 2-room apartments have one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds. All beds are fully dressed and equipped. The double room has direct access to the porch and garden of the house. The rooms have bedside tables to match the built-in wardrobe. They are bright spaces thanks to the windows overlooking the garden and the door itself with access to the exterior of the house.

The apartment is on one level; both the rooms and the kitchen-living-dining room are on the ground floor. In the kitchen we find an oven, microwave, refrigerator, gas burners, utensils, kitchenware and kitchen cabinets enough to be like at home.
In this space is the table with capacity for 4 people and in front is located the sofa bed with capacity for 2 people. The bathroom is complete, has elements and toiletries as well as a set of towels for each guest.

The 3-room apartment is located on the first floor of the house. It has 2 double rooms and one with 2 single beds. One of the double rooms has an independent entrance and a full bathroom. The other double room has access to the balcony overlooking the garden and the sea. All beds come dressed and fully equipped. In each room there are bedside tables and built-in wardrobes.

The dining-kitchen and living room is located on the same floor. The dining room has a wooden table with capacity for 6 comenzales. In the same space is located the kitchen equipped with refrigerator, hob, oven, microwave, kitchen and cabinets. From the kitchen you have access to the garden through a delicate balcony. It also has a 1.35cm sofa bed. X Have another full bath and we offer a set of towels for each of the guests.

All apartments have electric radiators.

Outside there is the garden with playground and the pool, which is shared with the rest of the guests of the complex. It is an ideal place for families who want rest since the apartments offer a maximum of privacy.

The accommodation is at Sanxenxo, province of Pontevedra, very close to the coast. In some of its almost 30 beaches you can practice various activities such as windsurfing, sailing, surfing, canoeing, boat trips or diving. The most popular beaches are those of Baltar, Silgar, Montalvo or Bascua; all offer a very varied and differentiated tourist offer. From the coast there are excursions to the island of A Toxa y de Arousa.

As for monuments, nearby are the archaeological remains of a Celtoromana necropolis, the hermitage of Our Lady, the churches of Noalla or Padriñán.

For motor enthusiasts, quads or karting and various tracks in the vicinity can be practiced. Also terrestrial activities such as routes on horseback, multi-adventure, trekking or wine tourism are popular in the area.
The center of Pontevedra is about 25 kilometers away.
