- The first apartment is the largest, with space for a maximum of 6 people. It has 2 rooms with double beds and a room with a single bed, although an extra bed can be added at the client's request. The apartment is decorated in very soft gray and white tones. The double beds have white sheets and the initials of the apartments embroidered on the pillowcases. The headboard wall is decorated with paper printed with ginko leaves, and it has a nightstand with its lamp. The living-dining room is spacious and has a round wooden table where between 4 and 6 people can eat. On one side is the sofa covered in dark fabric next to a small living room table made of wood with metal legs. Above the sofa there is an air conditioning unit. The kitchen is separated from this space, but can be seen through a glass partition on the separating wall. It is a narrow space but one in which you can maneuver, equipped with what a classic kitchen needs. The walls are made of white brick and the countertop is marbled. It also has a shared bathroom for all inhabitants.
- The second apartment is small and ideal for couples. It has a double bed attached to a wall of hypnotic dark blue and orange stripes. On both sides there is a nightstand with sturdy metal lamps. At the foot of the bed there is a wooden stool to leave towels or suitcases. The space is limited, so the living room-dining room-kitchen counts as a single area. There is a countertop where you can eat comfortably, with a marble or conglomerate surface. The kitchen has a couple of ceramic hobs and a sink, as well as having its own lighting. There is a bathroom to share between the two guests. The living room part consists of a beautiful indigo blue sofa with a pair of blue and white cushions. In front there is a small table for coffee, and to one side a cream-colored double-door closet to store clothes.
- The third apartment has the same layout as the second. It is suitable for 2 people. Being smaller, the spaces intermingle so that they basically consist of , a double bed, and another area that acts as living room-dining room-kitchen, without separations. This is located on the ground floor, which overlooks the interior patio where you can enjoy the fresco on the center table, between the arches and brick walls. It is decorated a bit like the first one, since above the bed is the wall printed with ginkos. Next to the bed, this time, there is a cream-colored sofa next to a glass coffee table. There are a few cushions that match well, in cream, white and gold colors. There is a small bathroom with shower.
- The fourth apartment is a space for 2 people, like the previous two. It has a double bed in a charming room in which grays predominate. On the sides, there are two small red tables with thin night lamps, and above the headboard, a decorative painting. The living room constitutes the same space for the living room-dining room-kitchen. There is a black sofa with gray cushions in front of a circular coffee table. The walls in this case are wallpapered with bamboo motifs.
