In this building of Valentín Ramón Lavín, one of the most famous architects from Santander, you can spend a more than pleasant stay by staying in one of the apartments offered. The capacity of each apartment is 4 people, and despite being decorated differently, the characteristics of each of them are identical. They are fully equipped, such as the kitchen, where you have: refrigerator, washing machine, ceramic hob, microwave, coffee maker, crockery, table linen, etc.

Kitchen and living room share space, with kitchens of American style open and that allow you to interact with your companions while the cook is at the stove. So you do not miss anything of what goes on outside of the kitchen and the lucky guests who do not cook will be getting hungry with the delicious dishes that you will prepare.

In the living room, in addition to the sofa, there is a TV. The Wifi gratuito arrives throughout the stay.

Despite the differences in their decoration they all have walls with bright colors, which bring light to the rooms and bring peace of mind to the guests.

Thanks to the classicist eclectic style building some of the apartments have private terrace, but for those who do not, quiet, because the views of the mountains or the sea, are just as spectacular.

All apartments have 2 bedrooms, which come either with a double bed or with 90cm single beds. Besides being very comfortable, when you sleep at sea level you will rest like a real baby.

In the summer months the outdoor pool is open. It is common for all apartments and is surrounded by an area of ​​ solarium and well-tended gardens with a striking green fruit of the Cantabrian water.
