Spectacular holiday apartment of design for 6 people visitors, with a terrace with spectacular views of the beach of the town of La Pineda, on the Costa Dorada of the town with the same name.

Guests who decide to live in this accommodation can enjoy the following spaces :

• The room is a space that, although spacious, is still welcoming thanks to the dedication with which its decorative elements and the rest of the furniture that we can find there have been chosen. In the first place, next to the huge glass doors that give access to the terrace and allow abundant natural light to enter, we would find a huge and comfortable chaise-longe from which to contemplate the widescreen television that rests on the piece of furniture on the other side of the room.

• At the end of this same room we find a beautiful kitchen a designed in lines of simple geometry that preserve the same decorative character as the rest of the house, in a sample of minimalism of exquisite good taste. In this, a very complete appliance kit has been arranged that is integrated among the numerous storage spaces where the great selection of kitchenware rests that will help the inhabitants of the house in their food preparation tasks. Between one and the other, just passing the extension of the kitchen counter that serves as the service bar, is where we can find a magnificent set of dining room with seating for 6 people around a table glass.

• 3 bedrooms, 2 of which are double in size and capacity, counting for the use of its occupants with two large built-in wardrobes, as well as double beds, one of them a little larger has its own access to the terrace, although all of them enjoy good natural lighting thanks to the exterior projection of their facades. The remaining room is slightly smaller on the ground floor and has a pair of twin single beds in trundle format.

• The 2 bathrooms that the apartment has are practically the same in terms of their sanitary equipment, they would have the elements of a toilet and also a shower cabin, although it is true that one of them is more space.

• On the r exterior of the house we find one of the best things it has without detracting from the rest of its precious spaces, a medium-sized terrace that makes one of the edges of the property where an outdoor gazebo has been arranged free with capacity to seat 6 diners, in which we can enjoy an incredible panoramic view of the nearby La Pineda beach, from which we would be a few meters away. If the progression of the terrain continued beyond the promenade, we would be on the beach in no time.

The Camí de Ronda is a hiking route of international fame, because it is one of the most beautiful walkable trails on the Iberian Peninsula, which runs 130 kilometers along the Catalan coast, showing the walker some of the most unique corners.

In these latitudes we find a quite affordable stage for all those people who are not affected by any serious illness and it is that it is the section that separates La Pineda from the nearby town of Salou which supposes 12 kilometers that will take the walker not much more than 3 hours of walking in which you can discover beautiful coves where you can bathe or simply soak your feet to rest and some spectacular viewpoints of the sea.

Within the municipality of La Pineda itself we can find a protected natural space where we will enjoy the observation of native species, both animal and plant. The Major Drought Park is a coastal Mediterranean-type wetland through which we can walk comfortably and without repercussions for the environment, since its paths are wooden walkways that lift us above the ground and converge from time to time in observatories from which we will have visual access to points of high influx of specimens.
