• The living room is a cozy space with a multi-seater sofa that can become a bed from which, in any of its formats, we can enjoy watching the large screen television that rests on the furniture that is there. right in front of you, on the other side of the room.

• The kitchen, which opens onto the living room through a small service window topped by a bar, which together with the stools located on the living room side make up a pleasant breakfast corner, is fully equipped with electrical appliances as well to have a wide selection of household items from which the occupants of the house can use to prepare their meals.

• On the charming terrace that we find when leaving through the glass doors of the living room, a set of outdoor furniture has been arranged that proposes an outdoor gazebo for the enjoyment of its possible 6 guests. At the edge of this there is a large hanger or clothesline.
