Holiday apartment for 4 people visitors, with private terrace, included in a residential complex with communal pool, located in the beautiful beach town of La Pineda, in the so-called Costa Dorada in the province of Tarragona.

In this accommodation your guests can make use of the following spaces :

• The living room, which opens to the outside with huge glass doors that give direct access to the terrace which allows a large amount of natural light to enter the room, contains a comfortable sofa that is arranged right in front of the large television across the room. At the opposite end of the room we find a set of dining rooms for 4 people,, expandable with the chairs that are scattered throughout the house.

• The kitchen,, arranges its furniture in two parallel lines facing each other that provide ample work space on its countertops under which there are a large number of storage spaces for kitchenware as well as a fully equipped appliance.

• 2 bedrooms of size and capacity double, one of which has a double bed, a huge built-in wardrobe and its own access to the terrace, while the other has a pair of single beds of the same size to each other.

• The bathroom in the apartment is complete with all the basic sanitary elements and a standard size bathtub.

• When going outside from the house we come across a charming terrace of medium size in which a set of furniture has been arranged to compose an outdoor gazebo with seating for 6 diners, where the inhabitants of the house can enjoy of pleasant moments outdoors without even having to leave your temporary home.

The complex in which this apartment is located has some common areas, among which it is worth highlighting a shared bathroom area with a solarium that surrounds the medium-sized pool.

If we have chosen the Costa Dorada as a destination for our vacations, surely we have done it motivated by being able to enjoy some pleasant days on the beach, on the shores of the Mediterranean, adorned by the mild climate that it is capable of promoting. But in this area there are many things to see apart from the beautiful beaches of the Costa Dorada.

Without straying too far from the urban center of La Pineda, there is a beautiful protected natural area of ​​wetland habitat where we can appreciate both plant and animal species typical of the area. This is the Parque la Sèquia Majo, a reserve whose wooden paths facilitate traffic for visitors as well as promote respect and non-interference with the environment. These boardwalks come together at some points along their route where discreet observatories have been arranged to provide optimal observation of enclaves with a special influx of specimens.

If we don't mind walking, and even less if it is accompanied by the beauty of the landscape, we can walk the stage that corresponds to the section between La Pineda and Salou of the Camí de Ronda, a hiking route that runs along the Catalan coast for 130 kilometers in which gives the visitor/walker a large number of coves that would otherwise go unnoticed and some of the most exceptional viewpoints in this already extraordinary area of ​​the Costa Dorada.
