Guests who come to this accommodation can enjoy the following facilities :

• A double bedroom, both in capacity and in size, in which we find a pair of twin single beds separated by a bedside table and on which there are two electric keys with independent switches and sockets. In this room there is a huge built-in wardrobe where the belongings of all the inhabitants of the house will easily fit. It is an exterior projection room with abundant natural lighting.

• In the lounge we find a set of dining rooms for 4 people, right next to the outer edge of the room where there are sliding glass doors that give access to the terrace. At the opposite end of the room is a triple-style sofa that can be converted into a pair of independent single beds thanks to the fact that it makes a nest format from which one of the bed bases of one of them would be extracted. At the middle height between the dining table and the sofa, we would find a television installed on the opposite wall.

• The bathroom is complete with a sanitary set typical of a toilet and also a bathtub of a size somewhat smaller than the standard.

• The kitchen, with a supposedly retro air that suggests the flowery design of its tiles, has abundant work space in its countertops that form an "L" shape running along two of the walls of the room and under which the kitchen is integrated. Most of the equipment, household appliance, in addition to numerous storage spaces where the pieces belonging to your selection of household items are arranged.

• Crossing the doors of the living room we will find a charming terrace equipped with a set of outdoor furniture that serves as an outdoor gazebo.
