Description of Beach Avenue Penthouse

Our accommodation is located within the Arenales del Sol area, , which is a perfect destination to spend a few days if you travel to the province of Alicante.

It is about an accommodation full of charm , with a lot of possibilities for you to enjoy your vacation to the fullest with all possible comforts.
It is an apartment with the best amenities, and designed so that can accommodate 4 and up to 6 people , with the following amenities:

  • Un large living room y very bright as it has glazed doors to access the outdoor areas. We have a set of armchairs in which you can accommodate, and one of them has a sofa that turns into a bed. From any of them you can see the plasma television that is on the white furniture. To one side, a dining table with chairs around it.
  • The kitchen is American , and has a bar in which we have placed several stools. Inside we have a countertop full of appliances and kitchenware with which you will be able to enjoy cooking like at home. All of them are from high-end.
  • 2 spacious double bedrooms , equipped in the same way that it is from a double bed and that are differentiated by the colors: one of them is yellow, and the other is blue. They have big windows with the best views.
  • 2 complete bathrooms, of which one is part of the blue bedroom, and the second is on the main floor. In both cases, among the toilets is the shower , for which we leave you several sets of towels.

In the outside , we have:

  • A terrace on the main floor, with table and chairs.
  • A terrace on the rooftop , very large, which has a table with its set of chairs , an umbrella and a charcoal barbecue to enjoy those evenings all together.
  • A community pool, with gardens.
