Casa El Aljibe

Our rural lodging is located in the oscense village of Lanaja.

It is an old house that has been r Estaurada con materials such as wood, the forge and the cistern, hence its name. The house can accommodate up to 9 people, and is structured in 2 floors:

- On the first floor there is the living room with sofa and plasma television. There is part of this spacious room that is reserved for the dining room that has a table with chairs and mountain views. In this same space, through a decorative arch we enter the kitchen, which is fully equipped with kitchenware, appliances actuales, and a table with chairs for breakfast, lunch, snack and / or dinner. Apart from all this, the first floor has a bathroom fully equipped, and an access to the courtyard where we have the barbecue with firewood included in addition to an old laundry.

- On the second floor we have 4 rooms where 3 of them are matrimonial. Of these 3, 2 have balcony with views and the remaining balcony instead, has a cave, which now serves dressing. The last room in the house has 2 bunk beds and nest bed, y views to the outside.

There is the possibility of expanding the occupation with a folding bed and baby crib.

In Lanaja monuments of religious and civil style, which represent different periods such as the Visigothic or the Muslim, are still preserved today.

You can also see the axes that left the civil war in some buildings, as is the case of the Hermitage in ruins.

A good date to come and visit us is January 19, when one of the popular parties takes place. On that day they light bonfires por all the people and all the neighbors dined together.

In 3 quarters of an hour you can be located in Huesca, and in 55 minutes, in Zaragoza. In both cities there are many things to visit in terms of monuments and sculptures, as well as routes both in the city and natural river and mountain environment.
