This rural villa is designed for a maximum of 10 people. The house is distributed on one floor, all surrounded by a beautiful patio, where children, if you come with them, will have a great time and adults, you can enjoy great outdoor meals.

Inside, the house is distributed in:

• 3 bedrooms. The first has a double bed, with its corresponding closet, for you to keep your luggage. The remaining 2 bedrooms have capacity for 2 people, in a pair of single beds (which can be joined or separated, to suit the guest). However, in each of the bedrooms you can add a extra bed, thus extending the capacity to 3 people.

As for the bathrooms, there is a total of 2 in the home. Both have bathtub y we will put at your disposal all the necessary hygiene clothes.

As for the dining room, you have different elements:

• A fireplace, so you can take advantage of it and turn it on when it gets cooler, thus creating a very homelike atmosphere.
• You also have heating, in addition to the fireplace. You can regulate the temperature to your liking.
• When you sit down to eat, you can do it on the wooden table, with its 10 chairs for all the guests.
• We can install 2 more beds. Thus, among the 8 that can sleep in the bedrooms and the other 2 tenants who come here, the total capacity of 10 people in the villa is added.
• Among other electronic devices, you can enjoy the television, the DVD or the music chain. Also, you will not have to bring anything, because we have movies for you to watch, CDs for the mini chain, etc.

The kitchen is equipped, among others, with the glass ceramic, the microwave, etc. In addition, you also have a refrigerator, toaster, a small table for breakfast and, if you get bored cooking, a television.

The outdoor area is one of the best places in the house, thanks to the abundance of vegetation, the beautiful decoration, etc. We also have, for the good time, a nice arbor, so that you spend great evenings, with its corresponding furniture in case you want to eat or dine out. A porch, a source and more tables and chairs distributed abroad complete this area.

Finally, and shared with the rest of the houses in the area, there is a common place, where you have a pool and its solarium area and sports courts to play, for example, basketball or football.

You are in Navarrete, a town that, for its beautiful architecture, its monuments, the natural environment that surrounds it, etc. It has been declared Historical and Artistic Set.
