Castro del Duerna II

In the region of La Bañeza, specifically in the village of Miñambres de la Valduerna, we have created a beautiful tourist complex that is made up of cozy apartments.

All of them are within the same plot in which there is a patio with certain covered areas where we have enabled a table and a barbecue. There is also a nice garden, green and very careful.


Regardless of these areas, which are common to all dwellings, inside them, each one has its own services.

This house that we present in the second of the complex and has the following:

• A kitchen Small corner, has all the appliances basics to cook and make your favorite dishes. The window above the stack has exterior views. Right next to the kitchen we have placed a large dining table with capacity for all the tenants of the house.

• Although in the same room, but in a more secluded area, there is a sitting room. Some sofas and armchairs make this corner very useful to rest, read or just watch a movie on the TV that you have available as well. Special mention deserves the fireplace that will help you create that romantic and rustic atmosphere that the whole environment causes. It is placed in a corner of the living room and comes very well especially on the coldest days.

• There are 2 rooms in the whole house that are located on the upper floor, since this accommodation is distributed in this way, it is much wider. The bedrooms are double, with a double bed and single beds. As we want your rest to be the main thing, we have prepared the games of sheets and the blankets so you do not spend anything cold. You have cabinets available with mirrors so you can fix yourself in a better way.

• The bathroom of the house is in blue tones, highlighted by the tiles that combine that color with white and creates a very modern service that is complemented by a wash, toilet and a shower, plus a small piece of furniture and towels.

You can access our complex in your own vehicle and park perfectly at the door as we have a fairly large space available for all people who stay with us.

Miñambres de la Valduerna is located in the region of La Bañeza, at León. A town where you can rest and breathe in peace thanks to its beautiful views of the surroundings that surround it. We recommend you to visit the capital that is only 6 kilometers away from our little house.

A little further away, but only 25 kilometers away, is Castrillo de los Polvazales, a small town that is practically the same as it used to be. The houses are traditional stone and the streets are unpaved, those streets through which the cattle passed.

A visit to Leon capital is a change of style of registration in this tourist route as we enter a more modern city which also has important monuments. The Cathedral of Santa Maria de Regla is of Gothic style and dates from the 13th century, it is located in the main square and its façade impresses a lot, it is meticulously carved and its details are very abundant. The Convent of San Marcos was commissioned by the Catholic Monarchs and today is an important parador. The Plaza Mayor of León is located in the old quarter of the capital, it is in the Baroque style and has followed the same line as other main squares in Spain.
