El Balcón de Pilatos

the country house is 2 floors. It has a para 10 people capacity and is anchored in Palazuelos de Eresma, a village in the foundation of la Sierra de Guadarrama.

The house has 4 bedrooms with their own bathroom each one. These rooms are on the second floor, and one is with a double bed and the other bedroom is on the main floor.

2 double rooms with twin beds also has a sofa bed , ideal for children staying with a child, whirlpool bath cabin con, own wifi and vistas.

The bedroom on the main floor with a double bed also has a sofa bed and own Wi-Fi, but not a private bathroom, however it has a shared toilet a few centimeters away.

The house has a large living room from which you can glimpse the Seven Peaks. La stay is divided into 2 small areas, a quieter equipped with a library, lounge chairs and a fireplace , and one with a large wooden table, chairs and a bar americana.

The kitchen is on the ground at the entrance, with all necessary furniture and appliances including an oven, dishwasher, washing machine, etc., and overlooks a conservatory with a table and chairs for any type of food with the patio.

Outside you can enjoy a magnificent garden with extension barbecue, garden furniture and a large fenced saltwater pool plus a large parking.

Palazuelos de Eresma is a town that due to its proximity to the mountains, it looks out from any area of ​​the municipality.

The area has many places of interest to visit like the Hermitage of Nuestra Señora del Rocio, which keeps in its habe an ancient crucifix used in the processions; or the Molino del Marqués del Arco.

You can go to the Whiskey distillery DYC that was put into operation in the town in 1959.
