Description of El Pajarón
This 2-storey house located in Trescasas, a town in the province of Segovia, is ideal to spend a few days near the mountain, in the Sierra del Guadarrama.
The accommodation, built in 2011 on an old barn (from which it receives its name), consists of 2 floors and has capacity for 8 people since it has a total of 4 rooms.
On the ground floor we find a hall, the living room with TV and fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen that includes a pantry, 1 bedroom with a single bed and 1 toilet.
On the first floor we find 3 double rooms (two of them with 135 cm beds and the other 2 90 cm beds). One of the main rooms has a dressing room and bathroom. On this floor there is also 1 bathroom with a bathtub.
The house is perfectly equipped to enjoy it in winter, since it has adjustable diesel heating through thermostats.
The exterior has nothing to envy the interior as it has a porch with furniture for lunch, dinner or sunbathing and also a large stone patio with barbecue and paella pan.
