El Pantano A

These houses are located in the municipality of El Barraco , just 200 meters from El Burguillo swamp province of Ávila .

We have a total of 2 houses with capacity for 8 people each. There are other 2 apartments of different capacity totally independent, ask us if you are interested in renting any of them. All the accommodations are located inside a splendid estate of more than 5000 square meters.

Both houses have a kitchen , con lavadora and microwave included 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms . All, in addition, with living-dining room in which there is fireplace and heating.

They are ideal homes to go with family or friends. The most characteristic feature is the amplio courtyard con which feature, in which there is an indoor pool to anticipate and postpone bathing season, something perfect to beat the heat. As well as an area for meals with barbecue where to have a good barbecue after the bath.

If you have children, they will enjoy like never before with so much space to run and play. And if you have animals, they are also present in these houses, enjoying much or more than the pequeños.

Among other services that the accommodation has, we highlight the possibility to park right at the entrance.

The rural houses are just one hour from Madrid, m while Ávila capital is 20 minutes by car.

When staying here it is mandatory to visit Pantano de Burguillo, where water freezes anyone, but nature gives energy and life to everyone. It is also of interest to visit the Nature Museum of El Barraco, the Natural Reserve of Valle de Iruelas, El Castañar de El Tiemblo.

Another place you can visit in the area is Laguna Navalaguna or Pesquera La Garganta. It is also advisable to go to the Sierra de Gredos, the Rio Alberche a passing through Navaluenga. Wherever you go, nature will be present.
