This magnificent studio is in the historic center of Oviedo, ideal for a romantic getaway and getting lost in the streets of the city.

It is located at the top of the building, very close to the tourist spots and with the peculiar charm that its interior gives it. Made up of 33 m2, the rooms are connected to each other to improve fluidity and the result is a comfortable apartment for 2 people that will become your personal refuge.

Upon crossing the entrance door you will be greeted by a long hallway, where the walls have been converted into a large closet. Here you can store your luggage so that everything is more organized. Once you arrive at the heart of the house, the main area awaits you, with enough space to rest among the furniture, which adapts to your comfort.

The bedroom is composed of a daybed that contains a pair of single beds, so you will rest with everything at hand. Right next to it is a desk illuminated by the upper skylight window that provides all the lighting you need to work. The decoration helps make the room more homely, so the paintings have beautiful landscapes and the lamps provide warmth at night.

The bathroom is independent, also very complete and, above all, practical. It has a shower cubicle as the main source of toilet, a washbasin for the skin routine and a large mirror with which to prepare before going out. Accessories are the order of the day: sets of towels, essentials and a hair dryer which comes in handy in winter. On one side there is even a washing machine and basic items to keep the space clean.

The kitchen has many resources to prepare delicious meals, from essential appliances such as the oven to smaller ones such as the toaster or coffee maker. To cook the stews there is a ceramic hob and the crockery will allow you to serve the dishes on the American style bar placed in front of the counter.

Finally, the living room integrates with the room in a special way, since the sofa is part of the sleeping area. It also has another armchair next to the window, where a blanket has been left to wrap you up while you enjoy a cup of coffee or a book. The views that can be seen are those overlooking Auditorium Street. For entertainment there is a flat screen TV, ideal for combating idle moments inside.

If you come with a little one, there is the possibility of requesting a crib and in addition, you can share this experience with your pet because we are animal friendly.
