This cozy apartment is located in La Santa, a small coastal town on the island of Lanzarote. It is a quiet residential area, where you can enjoy your vacation while appreciating the beautiful views of the Canarian sea from its terrace. In addition, this space is committed to the environment, including itself within the Ecotourism.

It has a maximum capacity for 4 people, with 70m2 divided into:

• 2 Bedrooms, one of them is equipped with 1 double bed, while the other has 2 single beds. Both receive natural light through large windows, which also have curtains. There are also closets where to store luggage and clean sheets.

For the little ones, there is the possibility of ordering cot for greater comfort.

The first of the bedrooms has the comfort of having two night tables with plugs next to the double bed with headboard, as well as a large desk under a mirror.

As for the second, it contains a large window as a wall, covered by curtains that can be unfolded at the convenience of the guest and a small nightstand between the two beds with a headboard.

• Spacious and private bathroom with shower, where you won't have to worry about towels. It has a washer/dryer and a hair dryer, in case you need them during your stay. At your disposal will be the shampoo and the hot water. If you always end up looking for a bin and an basket to store clothes or towels, these are details that you will also have available.

• Living room with large windows next to the dining area, which connects to the rest area. You will be able to enjoy your companions with views to the outside from the living room , which becomes one of the most luminous points of the apartment. Similarly, the room has comfortable armchairs where you can relax while watching television.

• Complete kitchen with natural light that enters from the large window that it has on one of its walls. It is equipped with everything you need so that you can handle yourself comfortably, with essential appliances and crockery available. You even have spices for dinner. If you prefer tea or coffee, it doesn't matter, since you can prepare both with our coffee/tea maker.

• Terrace, from where you can see the landscape of Lanzarote, both the sea and the mountain and the town. In it you will also find a small rest area with chairs so you can enjoy the Canarian climate.

This apartment is focused on the guest's comfort and also allows extended stays, so you can stay as long as you want. In all its areas there is an internet connection with high-speed Wi-Fi, so that you can reconnect with those who have not been able to accompany you in this unforgettable experience.

To get to the accommodation we recommend the use of a car, which you can park without problem on the public street.

The accommodation is located in a residential area of La Santa, a fishing village on the coast of Lanzarote. Fishing is their main activity and for this reason, you will be able to observe how the small fishing boats arrive at their pier .

Thanks to the sports center of Santa Sport,, this location is well known among elite athletes and surfers, who come to its beaches motivated by the waves. If you decide to visit the sports facility, near it is also the Playa Ría de la Santa.

Other beaches that you cannot miss in Tinajo are Playa Mejías or the beautiful beaches of San Juan and Famara, a little further away.

If, on the other hand, you prefer tourism focused on the nature of the mountains,, the location of the apartment will allow you bird watching and explore its natural landscapes. Near the ranch, there is also the Paleontological Zone of La Santa.

In the town, you have at your disposal restaurant areas where, among other dishes, you can enjoy the local fishing of the municipality. Some of them are the El Barquillo restaurant and the Las Cadenas restaurant.
