This rural house is located at Arrúiz, a small village in Navarre with a population of around 100 inhabitants located in a privileged rural setting next to the mountains of Sierra de Aralar. This house is the ideal place to make a getaway to the countryside as a couple, as a family or with groups of friends, thanks to the fact that the house adapts to the needs of each of you.

The house is divided into 2 apartments, one with a maximum capacity of 8 people and another with a maximum capacity of 6 people. The apartments can be rented separately, the 2 together and complete so you would get an apartment 14 seats or in different combinations of 2 and 10 seats to adapt well to your needs.

The total area of ​​the house is divided into the following rooms:

• 5 double bedrooms, 3 of them furnished with a double bed and the other 2 furnished with 2 single beds. In addition, you can add up to a maximum of 2 extra beds.

• 4 bathrooms completely equipped to meet your needs. One of these bathrooms, located in the area that would occupy the apartment of 8 people, is adapted for people with reduced mobility.

• 2 salons equipped with a fireplace each one to warm up and relax watching the television, or listening to X

• 2 kitchens fully equipped with everything you need to make meals a quick and comfortable process.

• A balcony located in the 8-seater apartment that offers excellent views of the surroundings.

In addition, the complex offers you a series of common areas:

• A multipurpose room cover, in which you will find a barbecue to be able to make parties or games with children.

• A large garden lawn to walk around that has a wooden hut in which the little ones can enjoy playing.

• A garden so you can enjoy fresh and natural vegetables.

• A bicycle garage with tools to repair possible faults that you have and that serves as a warehouse to store all the packages that need to put in the house.

50 meters from the house are the pediment of the town and playground for enjoyment and enjoyment of the children of the house.

Arrúiz, or Arruitz as it is called in Euskera, is a small town of about 100 inhabitants that belongs to the North region of Aralar in Navarra. This region is crossed by the Sierra de Aralar, which extends to Guipúzcoa with an area of ​​208 square kilometers. This mountain range is a combination of hills, valleys and caves that mix with green meadows and beech forests. In addition, it remains dolmens prehistorical, witnesses of the antiquity of the mountains and the passage of time.

In this mountain range you can visit the cave of Mendukilo, a set of 3 caves that were used for a long time as a mountain stable and as a refuge for shepherds. Nowadays the public is taught so that they have the possibility to admire the wonderful spectacle of stalactites and stalagmites that are formed in the cave.

Near this area, and in the same region, you can see the municipality of Larraún. From this town, the circular path leads to , the source of Iribas, a series of waterfalls where the rivers Ertzilla and Larraún are born. The trail goes through the woods, following the Ertzilla channel leading the hiker through some spectacular natural corners.
