Our rural accommodation de 3 plants is very close to the Duratón y of the Sierra de Guadarrama perfect for traveling family and large group because a supports up to 14 people.

It is accessible to people with reduced mobility thanks to a elevator that communicates the 3 floors.

And the house has the facility of the access in public transport.

There are 7 rooms, which are spread over:

• 3 bedrooms with double bed.
• 2 bedrooms with separate double bed.
• A marriage suite with personal bathroom and a balcony.
• Another marriage suite with its own bathroom and a glazed gallery

In total, the house has 5 bathrooms and a toilet for more comfort, and there is at least one on each floor.

There is fireplace in the living room, and an area with many sofas and library.

We also have a wash room.

Our accommodation has a game room great for young and old, which has:

• Toys varied.
• Tables to paint.

• Great ping-pong table.

On the outside of the house there is a garden closed to have more peace of mind with the children.

We even have kangaroo service.

We have barbecue on the outside, and also old style oven that will delight those who enjoy the traditional roast segoviano.

The garden furniture will allow us to appreciate the views and eat outdoors.

Our house has great views, especially from the top floor, and this one also has a lot of charm for its attic style.

Very contiguous to the Sierra de Guadarrama and the Hoces del Duratón, our house has a wonderful panoramic view of the mountain.
