- The kitchen, although it is equipped with modern appliances, does not lose its rustic touch thanks to the beautiful mahogany wood furniture, where a office table is also integrated.
- The rest space is made up of the main room, with a double bed located next to the window, from which you can see the sea, and a second bedroom with two single beds.
- A bathroom is integrated into the main bedroom, and in the case of the second bathroom, equipped with shower, is commonly used by the rest of the house.
