Description of La Pallera
Our rural house is located in the region of the high segarra of Lleida, exactly in biosca.
We have a rural complex located on an extensive and isolated farm, on the outskirts of the town.
The building was used years ago as a agricultural warehouse, since the other construction was the main farmhouse. In this shed the tools and the gender collected from the fields.
Currently, its capacity is for 38 people.
The construction is really pretty: it has several heights since the land is on the slope and its facade combines the brick seen, in the columns, for example, with the smooth yellow walls.
Inside the building are the apartments nothing more, but on the farm, common for the entire complex, there are a lot of things to do.
First, a key piece is the pool. It is a large vessel, 12 meters long and 5 wide, "l" shape. It also has some stairs equipped with railing.
It is located on paved terrain, to increase the functionality of the area, but everything is covered with lawn and a lot of vegetation, also thanks to our location. Around the pool there are placed reclining hammocks and umbrellas.
On the other hand, there is another building on the plot, next to the pool, which were corrals formerly. It constitutes a versatile space, with different rooms. Its rooms are:
- A porch, where there is a very long table, to celebrate mass dinners, thanks to the barbecue. There are also pinpon and target table to play and entertain.
- Some bathrooms, to increase comfort when you use the pool.
- 2 versatile rooms, diaphanous and decorated with tillage tools, to give them different uses according to the needs of guests.
The farm there is also an area with baskets for children's leisure, with several swings.

This house has been adapted for people with reduced mobility, especially thanks to its access on the ground floor.
It has, in the same room, the living room and the kitchen. The living room has a fireplace, like a large stove with glass door. There is also a dining table with chairs.
You have a bathroom, where you can use the whirlpool shower.
Both have 2 rooms, one of marriage and another with 2 small beds. They also have a bathroom cada one and in the 2 there whirlpool shower.
It is accessed by a porch, spacious and with outdoor furniture, with 22 square meters.

We are in the Segarra, a region of Lleida that is in the center of Catalonia. This area creates a very nice environment around our house, so you can travel a lot of trails and roads to discover the land. We are also bordering on the solsonès region, a little further north.
About 20 kilometers, you can see the solsona cathedral. It is a beautiful construction of the 14th century, which combines the Gothic, baroque, and also some Romanesque.
Guisona is one of the most inhabitants of the region. There you can see what remains of the old wall or the church of Santa María.
It is also very common to carry out the Route of the Castles of the Segarra region. For example, you can go to Aran, raised in the fourteenth century.
