We are located in the department of Haute-Savoie in the heart of the ski resort La Porte du Soleil. This is the eastern part of French territory and which is at the Swiss border. It offers several possibilities for activities and an excellent tourist destination thanks to its geolocation.

We invite you to rural accommodation in the heart of the countryside, a few minutes from the Pleney gondola and 200 m from the ski school. It is a 71m² gîte which can accommodate up to 8 people, on the ground floor of a chalet with 2 other apartments.
It is surrounded by a lawned garden where you will find a landscaped terrace with a wooden picnic table in front of the wonderful mountain views. The architecture of the rural house is very beautiful and traditional to this area.

Inside there is a very spacious, bright and carefully decorated living space. It contains a calm and soothing atmosphere. It contains:

• a lounge area with 1 sofa bed and armchairs, a coffee table, and a television.
• A dining area with a dining table and chairs, in front of the bay window which opens onto the garden and the view of the mountain.
• A large and very bright kitchen made in earthenware. She is very beautiful and comfortable, and she easily allows a meal in her space or outside. This kitchen contains several storage spaces and all the necessary equipment for a very comfortable preparation.

3 rooms are prepared with love and tenderness are ready to welcome you.

• 2 bedrooms with double bed with a private bathroom (a shower and toilet) .
• 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 of which is bunk.

The house is completely heated , very comfortable and close to several ski resorts.

Chambéry-Savoie Airport is 80 km away.

Haute-Savoie is a very beautiful and natural area, rich in places where you can practice sports and tourist activities. It is perfect for a stay with the family looking for a disconnection for an even deeper connection.
We suggest you visit the lakes, the mountains and the caves of Haute-Savoie.

Explore the area from the mountain tops:

• by walking on the hiking trail Montagne du Charbon,
• following the Loop of the Cascade de Talloires
• or by going around the Roc de Chère - Departure Menthon Saint Bernard.

The Roc de Chère Nature Reserve contains a very large lake with a large choice of water activities such as kayaking, canoeing or paddle boarding. Visit the wonderful caves of:
