This is a rural accommodation in the department of Haute-Savoie in the heart of the ski resort La Porte du Soleil. This department is located in eastern France on the Swiss border. It is a great destination for families and nature lovers.

We invite you to a rural accommodation in the heart of the countryside and surrounded by mountains. It is only a few minutes from the Pleney gondola and 200 m from the ski school.

In fact, it is a 46m² gîte on the first floor of a chalet, ready to accommodate 4 people in a bright and warm space.
The house is surrounded by a lawned garden where you will find a terrace furnished with a wooden picnic table in front of the wonderful mountain views. The atmosphere is very special in this area. You will feel that time has simply stopped here.

Inside the accommodation there is a charming, bright and carefully decorated living space. It contains a calm and soothing atmosphere.
It contains:

  • A lounge area with a sofa and armchairs, a coffee table, and a television.

The house is completely heated, very comfortable and close to several ski resorts. Here you will have a great vacation.

East of France and a few kilometers from Switzerland is a magnificent tourist town which offers all the natural beauty and cultural authenticity.

It is the village of Morzine which is visited each year by a hundred holidaymakers especially to enjoy the comfort of staying in the heart of the ski resort. In this area we invite you to make the most of the location of the accommodation and to visit the lakes, the mountains and the caves of Haute-Savoie.

Explore the area from the mountain peaks by walking on the Charcoal Mountain hiking trail, following the Boucle de la Cascade de Talloires or going around the Roc de Chère - Menthon Saint Bernard departure.
The Roc de Chère Nature Reserve contains a very large lake with a large choice of nautical activities such as kayak, canoe or paddle.
