Nice apartment with terrace and capacity for 4 people, in the charming town of Mogán, in the southwest of the island of Gran Canaria.

In the common areas of the complex in which this apartment is located, there is a bathroom area with a pool and a solarium area, all of which is proposed as a huge balcony with views of the sea, since it is oriented towards the coast.

- There is a double bedroom with double bed, with a large built-in wardrobe to put our belongings in order during the time we live in the house. On the wall opposite the headboard, between the cupboard frame and the door lintel, there is a large television that can be watched comfortably from the bed.
- The rest space corresponding to the room, is made up of a large and comfortable chaise-longe that could well seat all the inhabitants of the house at any given time, especially considering that we may want to enjoy a moment of audiovisual leisure contemplating the huge television that is located on the opposite wall. In addition, to promote being more comfortable if possible in this room, it can be cooled with an air conditioning device, or heated in case of cold weather since it also works as a heat pump.
- The kitchen is equipped with a washing machine, microwave, fridge-freezer and a small ceramic hob with two burners. It also has the necessary kitchenware, as well as a series of small appliances ideal for preparing breakfast.
