Our accommodation is located within the area of ​​Maspalomas, which is one of the claims for tourism on the island of Gran Canaria .

It is a charming space where you will be able to enjoy the good view of the complex X2S1s from the location of a complex where you will feel at home.
This accommodation is the first that we offer you, designed for you to enjoy a family of up to 4 people, who will have at your disposal the following spaces:

• A spacious kitchen in which we find a countertop in which the set of appliances and kitchenware are distributed with which you are going to be able to make all those recipes that you like so much. Next to it, a round dining table, also in white, with chairs for everyone.

• A living room next to the kitchen that consists of a very comfortable sofa that faces the front in which we have the plasma television, and also, a glass window that allows access to the outside areas .

• A complete bathroom in which the shower is located, and where you will be able to enjoy moments of relaxation underwater. Also, in the sink there is a large mirror .

• 2 double bedrooms spacious, in which we have, in both cases, a pair of single beds with bedding in each case and a window that provides a lot of light.

At outside, we have:

• A private terrace lookout type, with table and chairs on one side, and with outdoor chairs on the other.

• An area of ​​ shared parking.
