WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BRING
Bringing a pet to a rural accommodation, regardless of which house you want to stay, comes with certain responsibilities for your own good and, of course, for the own good of your pet too.
To begin with, you must always bring along your pet's vaccination record and insurance, both of them up to date, so that appropriate measures can be taken in case any mishaps occur.
Of course, you must remember to bring also any leashes, muzzles, or other tools that your pet makes use of on a daily basis.
FACILITIES
Many rural houses admit pets and, of course, they have proper facilities to accommodate also these family members, and provide them with the necessary space and elements to also make them also feel at home.
It is important that they also are able to enjoy of the rural accommodation, running around the facilities (especially the ones outdoors), as long as it is done with responsibility. Because holidays are for everyone.
HOW MANY PETS ARE STAYING AND HOW THEY ARE
That a rural house admit pets doesn't necessarily mean that it will admit a whole lot of them. In most cases, they will admit one pet, and with a few weight and size restrictions, which means that before you book the rural house if your choice, you will need to take those into account beforehand, in order to avoid being upset in the last minute.
Apart from the number of pets that you would like to bring along, you will need to aware and responsible of how it is and how it behaves since, depending on its usual behaviour and its characteristics, you will need to take any necessary precautions to make the stay for you and them, as comfortable and pleasant as possible.
WHAT CAN YOU DO IN THE SURROUNDINGS
If you don't think you will be going out from your accommodation, or moving around much, there will be no problems at all but, since you will probably prefer to explore the area and enjoy doing some tourism, we encourage you to do some research, so that you know activities you will be able to do with your pet, and which others you won't .
Another good option is enjoying doing active family tourism with them in natural areas and look for hiking tracks and mountain paths where your they will be able to run and tire a bit, while all of you enjoy nature, free of any leashes. They will have a great time!
